OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE & PROTOCOLS
The safety of our residents and staff is of the highest importance. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Equiton Living has implemented, and will continue to enforce, the following COVID-19 safety protocols at all our properties.
Daily sanitizing of all common area touchpoints a minimum of four times per day.
There is a maximum of two persons at a time allowed in elevators to ensure physical distancing of six feet.
Physical distancing of at least six feet must be adhered to in all common areas.
Hand sanitizers are accessible in all common areas.
Signage indicating all COVID-19 safety protocols are visible in all common areas.
Signage in all laundry rooms and on the front doors to the buildings indicating safety protocols.
The wearing of masks is mandated in common areas or when having mandatory personal contact (emergency work orders, collecting rent payments etc.)
Only one resident is permitted to be in the rental office at a time.
Common amenities such as fitness centres and social areas have been closed and will remain so, until it is safe to reopen.
We would like to thank our residents for their continued cooperation and diligence with these protocols as we respond to this pandemic. We would also like to recognize our frontline employees who are working hard to ensure that our buildings continue to operate safely.
We will continue to monitor the advice of Public Health and the Government and will adapt our policies and procedures as required to keep our residents, staff, and community safe. We will do our best to continue to provide support and open communication as we navigate through COVID-19.
