Discover Your New Home

As an empty nester, I downsized to Guelph's Urban Lofts on the first day of its opening on May 1, 2021. I have to say that it's my best decision. Not only the building is located in the most convenient and beautiful community, the management team maintains the property in it's best condition. I always tell my friends that my apartment is like 5 star hotel. Now it's summer, the garden around the property is so colorful and enjoyable. Thanks to the great management team --- Nathan, Maricel, Tin and EJ!! Their hard work is very much appreciated. Here are two pictures taken from my balcony.

Equiton Living has been constantly making improvements to our building at 470 Scenic Drive since they took over management responsibilities. Our new building managers, Tess and Herman, are a pleasure to talk to and make you feel like family. My neighbours are friendly and I love the location perks. Hope to stay here long time.

My husband and I are new to parkway village in welland. We love the apartment, the tenants are very friendly and welcoming. Roxanne is great! She works very hard to keep the building spotless and well run. She is very friendly and welcoming! So glad we moved here!

Kari & Chris at 170 Old Carriage Drive Kitchener Ontario location have only been here as management a few months or so and have been so far the BEST management we have had here in the 5 years we have lived here. We have seen management come and go and in this short time they have proved that they are nothing but caring people who not only care about the tenants but care about the property and maintaining it, as we experienced this first hand and even see them working out in the property maintaining garbages, shovelling, salting and interacting with tenants. Thank you Kari and Chris for all you have done and continue to do you both have made this building feel like a place that we can be proud to call home!

I appreciated it, Maricel from Urban Lofts - 98 Farley Drive, very much for helping me with everything, on the application and everything else that needed to be done for securing my unit and the building is very clean. She is very helpful and kind. I don't know what to do without her.

Moving into 130 St.Paul Ave was a great experience. The leasing process was smooth, Rhonda and John were extremely helpful, friendly, and the apartment was exactly as advertised—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The move-in was seamless, and the community feels welcoming and safe. It's wonderful to know I am encouraged to reach out to Rhonda and John any time there is an issue or just to say hi. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at 19 Lynnwood Drive since 2018. My superintendents, Rhonda and John are awesome. Very attentive to the building and the tenants needs. If there is an issue, they are on it as soon as possible. Notices are given for everything far in advance and the work done here is great. The building is very clean and whenever I see them they are always busy doing something. Good superintendents are hard to come by, but from the moment I met them I liked them immediately and was grateful that I was able to move into this building.

We recently moved to Kingswell Towers in London and encountered a few unexpected challenges in our unit. However, I have been highly impressed with the team's response. Gally, in particular, has exceptional problem-solving skills. She consistently finds solutions and is incredibly focused and caring. I never need to remind her about anything; she keeps everything organized and prioritizes effectively. She also ensures that we are informed if something takes longer than expected. Plus, her warm smile and friendly greetings always brighten my day! The foyer is always clean and has a wonderful fragrance. We feel fortunate to live in this building! Thank you so much for going the extra mile to help us feel at home so quickly. We truly appreciate you!

Moving into Kingswell Towers was a breeze thanks to Jonas and Gally! They were so welcoming, organized, and made the whole process super smooth. It really took the stress out of moving and made settling in feel easy. Huge shoutout to both of them for such a great start!

My roommate and I are so grateful to be living here. This apartment is just what we needed. It very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the surrounding area including the recreational canal and rotary club welland park.
