Equiton Living Rental Promotions
Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply for rental promotions offered by Equiton Living:

All rental promotions are offered for a limited time only, and Equiton Living reserves the right to discontinue offers and incentives at any time.

Offers valid on select units only.

Offers cannot be combined.

In the case of gift card incentives, gift cards will be awarded after move-in.

In terms of exclusive offers for specific occupations and age groups, identification or other proof of qualification is required.

Early move-in offers are only available on vacant suites.

To qualify for any application incentive or move-in incentive, completed applications and applicable deposits must be returned to the property within 72 hours.

When last month’s rent or security deposit is being paid for by Equiton Living, a $500 deposit will be required with your application. If your application is approved, this deposit will be used towards payment of your first month’s rent. This deposit is non-refundable, unless your application is denied.

When first month’s rent, last month’s rent or security deposit is being waived, the applicant must sign a 13- or 14-month lease, as specified in the promotion.
