How to earn your bonus:
1. Tell your friends, relatives, and co-workers about our property.
2. Simply have them fill out an application and put your name down as the person that referred them.
3. Ask your Resident Manager for a Resident Referral Form to submit with their completed application.
4. You qualify for the bonus once the application has been approved and the first month's rent and LMR deposit have been received.
5. You will receive a cheque for $250 after they have moved in.
Don't Forget:
• There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can make.
