Assistant Resident Managers - London
Reporting to on site Managers, we are looking for experienced candidates with 2-5 years in property management. This amazing role provides training in both the administrative side of building management as well as the operational side, a fabulous chance to learn and grow with our company.
Qualifications:
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
· Exceptional cleaning skills (Common areas & vacant suites)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
· Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
· Ability to lift to 40lbs.
· PC skills (MS Office-Text-Email)
· Sales experience is an asset
Requirements
- Valid driver license.
- G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent “do it yourself” skills
- Ability to perform minor plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Understanding/knowledge of HVAC systems
- Understanding/knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations, Life Safety Systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English. (Second language is an asset)
- Able to work unsupervised both individually and part of a team.
- Ability to lift to 15kg
- Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
- Criminal record background check required.
- Available for evenings and weekends on call
- Eligibility to work in Canada required.
These are permanent part time positions. Compensation includes, a two-bedroom apartment, a salary and health benefits.
